Community Planning>Transportation Transportation Planning
The primary role of St. Clair County Transportation Study (SCCOTS) is to facilitate the development of a coordinated, countywide transportation system. This is accomplished by managing a planning process in which representatives from all levels of government - as well as interested civic groups and members of the general public - are encouraged to participate.
